The Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), will submit the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed information collection OMB 1140-0056 (Special Agent Medical PreplacementATF F 2300.10), is being revised due to an increase in the number of respondents, public burden hours, and mailing costs since the last renewal 2017, as well as a change in the mailing address.
