Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Division will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register, allowing for a 60 day comment period.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-108, notice is hereby given that the Department of Justice (Department or DOJ) proposes to rescind the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) System of Records Notice title, ``FBI Insider Threat Program Records (ITPR),'' JUSTICE/ FBI-023, last published in full on September 19, 2016, at 81 FR 64198. Records that were part of JUSTICE/FBI-023 will now be covered by the DOJ-wide system of records titled, ``DOJ Insider Threat Program Records,'' JUSTICE/DOJ-018, published elsewhere in the Federal Register.
