United States Assumption of Concurrent Federal Criminal Jurisdiction; Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe
The Deputy Attorney General, exercising authority delegated by the Attorney General, is granting the request by the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe for United States Assumption of Concurrent Federal Criminal Jurisdiction, pursuant to the provisions of 28 CFR 50.25. Concurrent federal criminal jurisdiction will take effect on January 1, 2017.
