Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Department of Justice, is issuing public notice of its proposal to modify its systems of records. This notice publishes updates to those systems of records, last published in the Federal Register on November 8, 1999 (64 FR 60832-52), except as otherwise set forth below under the caption SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.
