Waivers and Alternative Requirements for Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Grantees
This notice governs Community Development Block Grant disaster recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development Block Grant mitigation (CDBG-MIT) funds awarded under several appropriations acts identified in the Table of Contents. Specifically, this notice provides waivers and establishes alternative requirements for certain CDBG-DR and CDBG- MIT grantees that have submitted requests for waivers and alternative requirements for grants provided under the public laws cited in this notice.
