Statutorily Mandated Designation of Difficult Development Areas and Qualified Census Tracts for 2022
This document designates ``Difficult Development Areas'' (DDAs) and ``Qualified Census Tracts'' (QCTs) for purposes of the Low- Income Housing Credit (LIHTC) under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 42. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) makes new DDA and QCT designations annually.
Annual Indexing of Basic Statutory Mortgage Limits for Multifamily Housing Programs; Annual Indexing of Substantial Rehabilitation Threshold
In accordance with Section 206A of the National Housing Act, HUD is providing notice of adjustment to the Basic Statutory Mortgage Limits for Multifamily Housing Programs for Calendar Year 2021. HUD is also providing notice of adjustment to the per unit cost threshold for determining substantial rehabilitation in the Multifamily Housing Programs pursuant to its administrative guidance for Calendar Year 2021.

HUD is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD is requesting comment from all interested parties on the proposed collection of information. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 30 days of public comment. This notice corrects the notice that was published on September 3, 2021 to remove forms that do not pertain to this collection.
