60-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Alternative Inspections-Housing Choice Voucher Program
HUD is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD is requesting comment from all interested parties on the proposed collection of information. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment.
60-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) Demonstration
HUD is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection described below. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, HUD is requesting comment from all interested parties on the proposed collection of information. The purpose of this notice is to allow for 60 days of public comment. This Information Collection was previously approved as an Emergency PRA, with the specific intent of expeditiously testing revisions to the inspection standards and protocol through a demonstration program to enable enhanced identification and resolution of health and safety deficiencies in HUD-assisted/insured housing. Due to the urgency to expedite the Emergency PRA, a mathematical error was noted in the burden requirement and corrections have been made accordingly. A revision to correct the burden hours is being requested to correct the hours from 11,950 to 12,150 burden hours.
