State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. State submits an annual report and keeps records related to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. These records include definitions of conditions, certifications of activities/plans, slum/ blight activities, business assistance and community revitalization strategies and other items.
Community Development Grant (CDBG) Entitlement Program
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. For the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, entitlement communities are required to keep records of activities. These records include definitions of conditions, certifications of activities/plans and other items. This paperwork submission addresses the record keeping and reporting requirements for the CDBG program.
Federal Property Suitable as Facilities To Assist the Homeless
This Notice identifies unutilized, underutilized, excess, and surplus Federal property reviewed by HUD for suitability for possible use to assist the homeless.
