Announcement of Funding Awards for the Community Development Technical Assistance Programs Fiscal Year 2006
In accordance with section 102(a)(4)(C) of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Reform Act of 1989, this announcement notifies the public of funding decisions made by the Department in a competition for funding under the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Community Development Technical Assistance programs. This announcement contains the names of the awardees and the amounts of the awards made available by HUD.
Third-Party Documentation Facsimile Transmittal Form
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. Facsimile transmittal information is necessary for submission of third-party documentation as part of an application for funding competitions.
Subpoenas and Production in Response to Subpoenas or Demands of Courts or Other Authorities
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. The requested information will detail the issues and reasons why a review of the Counsel's decision denying a request for documents or testimony is appropriate.
Announcement of Funding Awards for the Housing Counseling Program for Fiscal Year 2006
In accordance with Section 102(a)(4)(C) of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Reform Act of 1989 (42 U.S.C. 3545), this announcement notifies the public of funding decisions made by the Department in a Super Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) competition for funding of HUD-approved counseling agencies to provide counseling services. Appendix A contains the names and addresses of the agencies competitively selected for funding and the award amounts. Intermediaries are listed first and subsequent awards are grouped by their respective HUD Homeownership Center. Additionally, this announcement lists the noncompetitive housing counseling awards made by the Department.
