Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB; Semi-annual Labor Standards Enforcement Report-Local Contracting Agencies (HUD Programs)
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. The information is used by HUD to fulfill its reporting obligation under DOL regulations at 29 CFR Part 5, Section 5.7(b).
Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB; Application for Insurance of Advance of Mortgage Proceeds
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. A mortgagor (or mortgagor/contractor) requests an advance of mortgage proceeds for reimbursement of project construction expenditures. Upon further input and review the mortgagee transmits the information to HUD for approval on a monthly basis for reimbursement of funds.

Grant application for Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly and addition of predevelopment grant funding for architectural and engineering work, site control, and other planning related expenses for Section 202 grantees.
