Department of Housing and Urban Development July 18, 2006 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. Information to analyze and reduce rents to market and restructure mortgages on multifamily properties with FHA insurance and Section 8 project-based assistance whose Section 8 rents exceed market rents. The program reduces Section 8 rents to market and restructures debt as necessary.
