The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. The purpose of this information collection is to gather data on the degree to which buildings conform to Accessibility Guidelines of the Fair Housing Act. Interviews with building code officials, builders and architects will also be conducted to learn more about their understanding of the Requirements.
