Agency Information Collection Activities: Electronic Visa Update System
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection is published in the Federal Register to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. Notice of Issuance of Final Determination Concerning Certain Network Tap Products
This document provides notice that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') has issued a final determination concerning the country of origin of certain network tap products known as Net Optics Slim Tap network taps. Based upon the facts presented, CBP has concluded that the country of origin of the Net Optics Slim Tap network taps is China for purposes of U.S. Government procurement.
Accreditation of King Laboratories, Inc., as a Commercial Laboratory

This document announces that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will convene the 2017 West Coast Trade Symposium in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, and Thursday, May 25, 2017. The 2017 West Coast Trade Symposium will feature panel discussions involving agency personnel, members of the trade community, and other government agencies, on the agency's role in international trade initiatives and programs. Members of the international trade and transportation communities and other interested parties are encouraged to attend.
