This notice announces that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has forwarded the Information Collection Request (ICR), OMB control number 1652-0037, abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of an extension of the currently approved collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act. The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. TSA published a Federal Register notice, with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments, of the following collection of information on December 24, 2008, 73 FR 79148. The collection allows TSA to collect data from transportation asset owners or operators on security measures deployed and their effectiveness.

The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. TSA published a Federal Register notice, with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments, of the following collection of information on June 6, 2008, 73 FR 32345. The collection involves the submission by general aviation airports of a threat and vulnerability assessment in order for TSA to develop a standardized threat and vulnerability assessment program, as mandated by the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007.
