Proposed Flood Elevation Determinations
On June 20, 2008, FEMA published in the Federal Register a proposed rule that contained an erroneous table. This notice provides corrections to that table, to be used in lieu of the information published at 73 FR 35114. The table provided here represents the flooding source, location of referenced elevation, effective and modified elevation, and communities affected for Plymouth County, Massachusetts (All Jurisdictions). Specifically, it addresses flooding source ``Atlantic Ocean.''
Proposed Flood Elevation Determinations
Comments are requested on the proposed Base (1 percent annual- chance) Flood Elevations (BFEs) and proposed BFE modifications for the communities listed in the table below. The purpose of this notice is to seek general information and comment regarding the proposed regulatory flood elevations for the reach described by the downstream and upstream locations in the table below. The BFEs and modified BFEs are a part of the floodplain management measures that the community is required either to adopt or show evidence of having in effect in order to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). In addition, these elevations, once finalized, will be used by insurance agents, and others to calculate appropriate flood insurance premium rates for new buildings and the contents in those buildings.

The submission describes the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources used by respondents to respond) and cost, and includes the actual data collection instruments FEMA will use.
Collection of Overpayments
This document provides notice that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has terminated the current procedures for the recoupment of overpayments of disaster assistance made pursuant to Section 408 of the Stafford Act, in connection with Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Recoupment notices previously sent to individual disaster applicants in connection with Hurricanes Katrina and Rita are hereby withdrawn. FEMA will institute new recoupment proceedings where warranted on an individual basis pursuant to the procedures established by regulation for the administrative collection of debts.

Management Costs
The Management Cost Interim Rule implemented the management cost provisions in section 324 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, as amended. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is reopening the public comment period on its Management Cost Interim Rule. FEMA is taking this action to solicit data from grantees and subgrantees to use in reevaluating the fixed management cost rates established in the rule.
Suspension of Community Eligibility
This rule identifies communities, where the sale of flood insurance has been authorized under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), that are scheduled for suspension on the effective dates listed within this rule because of noncompliance with the floodplain management requirements of the program. If the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) receives documentation proving the community has adopted the required floodplain management measures prior to the effective suspension date given in this rule, the suspension will not occur and a notice will be provided by publication in the Federal Register on a subsequent date.
