In the afternoon, representatives of the Department’s Science and Technology Directorate will brief the Committee on research and development activities at the Department having an impact on privacy. At the discretion of the Chair, members of the public may make brief (i.e. , no more than three minutes) oral presentations from 4 p.m.–4:20 p.m. If you would like to make an oral presentation at the meeting, please register in advance or sign up on the day of the meeting. ACTION: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has submitted the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. USCIS previously published this information collection as an extension in the Federal Register on May 16, 2008, at 73 FR 28493, allowing for a 60day public comment period.
