Coast Guard August 4, 2021 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a special local regulation on the Ohio River at mile marker 596. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters during the Captain's Quarters Sailing Regatta from October 9, 2021 through October 10, 2021. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the limited access area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Ohio Valley or a designated representative.
