Safety Zone; Fireworks Display, Delaware River, Chester, PA
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the waters of the Delaware River near Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, PA, from 9:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on July 6, 2019, during the Philadelphia Union Soccer Fireworks Display. The safety zone is necessary to ensure the safety of participant vessels, spectators, and the boating public during the event. This regulation prohibits persons and non-participant vessels from entering, transiting through, anchoring in, or remaining within the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port (COTP) Delaware Bay or a designated representative.
Special Local Regulation; Zimovia Strait, Wrangell, AK
The Coast Guard is establishing a permanent special local regulation to enable vessel movement restrictions for certain waters of the Zimovia Strait. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Wrangell Harbor during power boat races on July 4, 2019 and every subsequent year on July 4. This rule prohibits persons and vessels from transiting through, mooring, or anchoring within the special local regulation race area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Southeast Alaska or a designated representative.
Safety Zones, Recurring Marine Events in Captain of the Port Long Island Sound Zone
The Coast Guard will enforce ten safety zones in the Sector Long Island Sound area of responsibility on the date and time listed in the table below. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on navigable waterways during the events. During the enforcement periods, no person or vessel may enter the safety zones without permission of the Captain of the Port (COTP) Sector Long Island Sound or designated representative.

Safety Zone; Perch and Pilsner Festival, Lake Erie, Conneaut, OH
The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a safety zone for navigable waters within a defined area off Conneaut Township Park during the Perch and Pilsner Festival Water Ski Show. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on the navigable waters in Conneaut Harbor, Lake Erie, Conneaut, OH during a water ski show on September 7, 2019.
