Safety Zone; Patuxent and Patapsco Rivers, Solomons, MD, and Baltimore, MD
The Coast Guard is withdrawing its proposed rule to establish two separate temporary safety zones for certain waters of the Patuxent River at Solomons, MD, on September 5, 2020, (with an alternate date of September 6, 2020) and the Patapsco River (Inner Harbor) at Baltimore, MD, on October 2, 2020, (with no alternate date), during fireworks displays. The proposed rule is being withdrawn because it is no longer necessary. The event sponsors have cancelled the events.
Collection of Information Under Review by Office of Management and Budget
In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 the U.S. Coast Guard is forwarding an Information Collection Request (ICR), abstracted below, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), requesting an extension of its approval for the following collection of information: 1625-0102, National Response Resource Inventory; without change. Our ICR describes the information we seek to collect from the public. Review and comments by OIRA ensure we only impose paperwork burdens commensurate with our performance of duties.
