Agency Information Collection Activities: Passenger and Crew Manifest
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The information collection is published in the Federal Register to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. Comments are encouraged and must be submitted (no later than July 14, 2020) to be assured of consideration.
Tuna Tariff-Rate Quota for Calendar Year 2020 for Tuna Classifiable Under Subheading 1604.14.22, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS)
Each year, the tariff-rate quota for tuna described in subheading 1604.14.22, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), is calculated as a percentage of the tuna in airtight containers entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the preceding calendar year. This document sets forth the tariff-rate quota for Calendar Year 2020.

Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request; FEMA Preparedness Grants: Nonprofit Security Grant Program
The Federal Emergency Management Agency, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public to take this opportunity to comment on a revision of a currently approved information collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning the Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP). The NSGP provides funding support for security related enhancements to nonprofit organizations that are at high risk of a terrorist attack.
Special Local Regulations; Marine Events Within the Fifth Coast Guard District
The Coast Guard is withdrawing its proposed rule to establish temporary special local regulations for certain waters of the Choptank River. The rulemaking was initiated to establish a special local regulations during the ``Maryland Freedom Swim,'' a marine event to be held on certain navigable waters of the Choptank River between Trappe, MD, and Cambridge, MD, on May 30, 2020. The proposed rule is being withdrawn because it is no longer necessary. The event sponsor has cancelled the swim event.
