Agency Information Collection Activities: Entry and Manifest of Merchandise Free of Duty, Carrier's Certificate and Release
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The information collection is published in the Federal Register to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. Comments are encouraged and will be accepted (no later than November 23, 2018) to be assured of consideration.
Safety Zone; Intracoastal Waterway, Biscayne Bay, Miami, FL
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters of Biscayne Bay east of Bayfront Park in connection with aerobatic helicopter demonstrations sponsored by Red Bull in Miami, Florida. The safety zone is needed to protect persons, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with the aerial demonstrations over Biscayne Bay. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited, unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Miami (COTP).
