The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has submitted the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection notice requesting comments for 30 days was previously published on September 28, 2015, at 80 FR 58292. The comment period is being extended to allow additional time to review the documentation submitted in support of this information collection request. All detail in this Notice other than the updated comment end period and the Action remains the same. The information collection notice was previously published in the Federal Register on April 8, 2015, at 80 FR 18856, allowing for a 60-day public comment period. USCIS did receive 6 comments in connection with the 60- day notice.

The Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation from the operating schedule that governs the Illinois Central Railroad Drawbridge across the Mississippi River, mile 579.9, at Dubuque, Iowa. The deviation is necessary to allow the bridge owner time to complete electrical and mechanical upgrades and replace the control house essential to the continued safe operation of the drawbridge.
