Department of Homeland Security July 17, 2009 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted the information collection abstracted below to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The submission describes the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources used by respondents to respond) and cost, and includes the actual data collection instruments FEMA will use.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a proposed revision of a currently approved information collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this Notice seeks comments concerning the Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program for Immediate Services which provides funding in response to a State's request for crisis counseling services for a Presidentially-declared disaster.

The Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (COAC) will meet on August 5, 2009 in Washington, DC. The meeting will be open to the public.
