HRSA is publishing this notice of petitions received under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (the Program), as required by Section 2112(b)(2) of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, as amended. While the Secretary of HHS is named as the respondent in all proceedings brought by the filing of petitions for compensation under the Program, the United States Court of Federal Claims is charged by statute with responsibility for considering and acting upon the petitions.

This notice informs the public of the availability of the complete lists of all geographic areas, population groups, and facilities designated as primary medical care, mental health, and dental health professional shortage areas (HPSAs) as of May 1, 2020. The lists are available on HRSA's HPSAFind website.

This is to notify the public that the July 29-30, 2020, and November 4-5, 2020, meetings of the National Advisory Council on Migrant Health (NACMH) are canceled.

In compliance with the requirement for opportunity for public comment on proposed data collection projects of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, HRSA announces plans to submit an Information Collection Request (ICR), described below, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Prior to submitting the ICR to OMB, HRSA seeks comments from the public regarding the burden estimate, below, or any other aspect of the ICR.

This notice announces a correction to the time of the Secretary's Advisory Committee on Infant Mortality (ACIM) scheduled public meeting. The ACIM meeting, originally scheduled for June 17, 2020, 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and June 18, 2020, 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. ET, has been extended by 30 minutes on June 18, 2020. The meeting will now end at 3:30 p.m. on June 18, 2020. This meeting was originally announced in the Federal Register, Vol. 85, No. 95, on Friday, May 15, 2020 (FR Doc. 2020-10447 Filed 5-14-20; 8:45 a.m.). The location and agenda for the re-scheduled ACIM meeting remains the same as posted.
