This final notice announces our decision to approve The Joint Commission (TJC) for continued recognition as a national accrediting organization that accredits suppliers of home infusion therapy (HIT) services that wish to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs.

This notice announces the intention of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) to request that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve the proposed information collection project ``TeamSTEPPS[supreg] 3.0 Training Assessment.'' This proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on October 4th, 2023 and allowed 60 days for public comment. AHRQ received no substantive comments from members of the public. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comment.

Revocation of Uses of Partially Hydrogenated Oils in Foods; Confirmation of Effective Date
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is confirming the effective date of December 22, 2023, for the final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of August 9, 2023. The direct final rule amends our regulations to no longer provide for the use of partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs) in food given our determination that PHOs are no longer generally recognized as safe (GRAS). The rule also revokes prior sanctions (i.e., pre-1958 authorization of certain uses) for the use of PHOs in margarine, shortening, and bread, rolls, and buns based on our conclusion that these uses of PHOs may be injurious to health. This document confirms the effective date of the direct final rule.
