Cooperative Agreement for the Infant-Toddler Court Program (ITCP). The supplemental funding will allow the current recipient, during the period of September 30, 2020- September 29, 2021, to continue to improve the health, safety, well- being and development of infants, toddlers, and families in the child welfare system.
