Western Area Power Administration July 29, 2011 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

Western Area Power Administration (Western), a Federal power marketing agency within the Department of Energy, has announced its Post-2014-Loveland Area Projects (LAP) Resource Pool Proposed Power Allocation developed under the requirements of the Power Marketing Initiative of Western's Energy Planning and Management Program (Program). Western notified the public of allocation procedures and called for applications on December 17, 2010. Applications were accepted at Western's Rocky Mountain Customer Service Region until 4 p.m. MST, March 4, 2011. Review of the applications received resulted in this Notice of Proposed Power Allocation.
