The Coal Markets Reporting System (CMRS) consists of 5 surveys including, Form EIA-3 Quarterly Survey of Non- Electric Sector Coal Data, Form EIA-7A Annual Survey of Coal Production and Preparation, Form EIA-8A Annual Survey of Coal Stocks and Coal Exports, Form EIA-6 Emergency Coal Supply Survey (Standby), and Form EIA-20 Emergency Weekly Coal Monitoring Survey for Coal Burning Power Producers (Standby). The CMRS collects data on U.S. coal production, quality, consumption, receipts, stocks, and prices.

EIA requests the reinstatement with changes of the Residential Energy Consumption Survey (RECS) Forms EIA 457-A, C, D, E, F and G under OMB Control Number 1905-0092, as required under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. RECS collects data on energy characteristics, consumption, and expenditures for the residential sector of the United States and is comprised of six forms including: Form EIA 457-A Household Survey, Form EIA 457-C Rental Agent Survey, Form EIA 457-D Energy Supplier Survey: Household Propane Usage, Form EIA 457-E Energy Supplier Survey: Household Electricity Usage, Form EIA 457-F, Energy Supplier Survey: Household Natural Gas Usage, Form EIA 457-G Energy Supplier Survey: Household Fuel Oil/Kerosene Usage. These forms will be used to collect data and produce household energy usage estimates for calendar year 2020.

The information collection requests a three-year extension with changes to its Petroleum Supply Reporting System (PSRS), OMB Control No. 1905-0165. The PSRS consists of six weekly surveys that make up the Weekly Petroleum Supply Reporting System (WPSRS), eight monthly surveys, and one annual survey. The weekly petroleum and biofuels supply surveys collect data on petroleum refinery operations, blending, biofuels production, inventory levels, imports of crude oil, petroleum products, and biofuels from samples of operating companies. The monthly and annual petroleum and biofuels supply surveys collect data on petroleum refinery operations, blending, biofuels production, natural gas plant liquids production, inventory levels, imports, inter-regional movements, and storage capacity for crude oil, petroleum products, and biofuels.

The information collection requests a three-year extension with changes to its Petroleum Marketing Program, OMB Control Number 1905-0174. The Petroleum Marketing Program collects and publishes data on the nature, structure, and efficiency of petroleum markets at national, regional, and state levels. EIA uses this information to monitor volumes and prices for crude oil and petroleum products.

EIA requests a three-year extension, with changes to the Electric Power & Renewable Electricity Surveys (EPRES) as required under The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The EPRES consists of nine surveys, including annual, monthly and a daily survey. These surveys collect data from entities involved in the production, transmission, delivery, and sale of electricity, and in maintaining the reliable operation of the power system. The data collected are the primary source of information on the nation's electric power system. The renewable energy survey collects information on the manufacture, shipment, import, and export of photovoltaic cells and modules, and is the primary national source of information on these topics.

EIA submitted an information collection request for extending, with changes, the Oil and Gas Reserves Survey Program pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection requests a three-year extension of Form EIA-64A, Annual Report of the Origin of Natural Gas Liquids Production; Form EIA-23L, Annual Report of Domestic Oil and Gas Reserves; and Form EIA-23S, Annual Survey of Domestic Oil and Gas Reserves, Summary Level Report. The information collected is used to develop accurate national and regional estimates of proved reserves of domestic crude oil and natural gas.

The information collection requests a three-year extension with changes to Form FE- 746R, ``Natural Gas Imports and Exports,'' OMB Control Number 1901- 0294. The information collection request supports DOE's Office of Fossil Energy (FE) in gathering critical information on the U.S. trade in natural gas, including liquefied natural gas (LNG). The data are used to monitor natural gas trade, assess the adequacy of U.S. energy resources to meet near and longer term domestic demands, and support various market and regulatory analyses done by FE.

EIA requests a three-year extension with changes to the information collection EIA- 882T, ``Generic Clearance for Questionnaire Testing and Research.'' This collection allows EIA to conduct field testing of pilot surveys, cognitive interviews, respondent debriefings, usability interviews, field tests, focus groups, pretesting of questionnaires and evaluate the quality of the data collected on EIA survey forms.
