Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Consumer Boilers
The Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended (EPCA), prescribes energy conservation standards for various consumer products and certain commercial and industrial equipment, including consumer boilers. EPCA also requires the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE or the Department) to periodically determine whether more-stringent standards would be technologically feasible and economically justified and would result in significant energy savings. In this notice of proposed rulemaking (NOPR), DOE proposes amended energy conservation standards for consumer boilers, and also announces a public meeting to receive comment on these proposed standards and associated analyses and results.
Notice of Intent and Request for Information Regarding Launching a Responsible Carbon Management Initiative
The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) is issuing this NOI to notify interested parties of its intent to launch a ``Responsible Carbon Management Initiative'' to recognize and encourage project developers and others in industry to pursue the highest levels of safety, environmental stewardship, accountability, community engagement, and societal benefits in carbon management projects. The Department also seeks input from all stakeholders through this RFI regarding the draft Principles for Responsible Carbon Management Projects and the Initiative.

Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is publishing notice of a new FERC system of records, titled ``FERC-65Agencywide Notification System.'' This system of records covers emergency contact information collection of current FERC employees, contractors and interns to be used in the event of an emergency. This notice has 12 routine uses, including two prescribed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-17-12, Preparing for and Responding to a Breach of Personally Identifiable Information, January 3, 2017, that will permit FERC to disclose information as necessary in response to an actual or suspected breach of its own records or to assist another agency in its efforts to respond to a breach.
