Commission Information Collection Activities (FERC-73); Comment Request; Extension
In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection FERC-73 (Oil Pipeline Service Life Data) and submitting the information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. Any interested person may file comments directly with OMB and should address a copy of those comments to the Commission as explained below.
Basic Energy Sciences Advisory Committee; Meeting
This notice announces a meeting of the Basic Energy Sciences Advisory Committee (BESAC). The Federal Advisory Committee Act requires that public notice of these meetings be announced in the Federal Register.
Energy Conservation Program: Test Procedures for Residential and Commercial Clothes Washers
The U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') is reopening the public comment period for its Request for Information (``RFI'') regarding test procedures for residential and commercial clothes washers. DOE published the RFI in the Federal Register on May 22, 2020, establishing a 30-day public comment period that ended June 22, 2020. On June 10, 2020, DOE received a comment requesting extension of the comment period by 30 days (and no less than two weeks). In addition, on June 11, 2020, DOE received a comment requesting extension of the comment period by 60 days. DOE is reopening the public comment period for submitting comments and data on the RFI to July 6, 2020.
