Orders Granting Authority To Import and Export Natural Gas, To Import and Export Liquefied Natural Gas, and Vacating Authority During March 2017
The Office of Fossil Energy (FE) of the Department of Energy gives notice that during March 2017, it issued orders granting authority to import and export natural gas, to import and export liquefied natural gas (LNG), and vacating authority. These orders are summarized in the attached appendix and may be found on the FE Web site at https://energy.gov/fe/listing-doefe-authorizationsorders-issue d-2017. They are also available for inspection and copying in the U.S. Department of Energy (FE-34), Division of Natural Gas Regulation, Office of Regulation and International Engagement, Office of Fossil Energy, Docket Room 3E-033, Forrestal Building, 1000 Independence Avenue SW., Washington, DC 20585, (202) 586-9478. The Docket Room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.

Commission Information Collection Activities; Comment Request for Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Commission Service Delivery
As part of a Federal Government-wide effort to streamline the process to seek feedback from the public on service delivery, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (the Commission or FERC) is coordinating the development of the proposed Generic Information Collection Request (ICR), FERC-153, Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Commission Service Delivery, for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).\1\ This notice announces that FERC intends to submit this collection to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval and solicits comments on specific aspects for the proposed information collection. Previously, the Commission published a 60-day notice in the Federal Register (81 FR 70402, 10/12/2016) and received no comments.
