Quadrennial Technology Review Workshop
The Department of Energy (DOE) is conducting a comprehensive assessment of science and energy technology research, development, demonstration, and deployment (RD3) opportunities to address our nation's energy-linked economic, environmental, and security challenges. This comprehensive documentthe 2015 edition of the DOE's Quadrennial Technology Review, or QTR-2015is examining an ``all of the above'' range of energy technologies to inform the configuration of the Department's programs and priorities, industry and university engagement, and national lab activities, and will serve as a key input into the Department's forthcoming Science and Energy Plan.
National Energy Technology Laboratory; Notice of Intent To Grant Partially Exclusive License
This notice is issued in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(c)(1) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i). The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) hereby gives notice of its intent to grant a partially exclusive license to practice the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent Number 8,111,059, titled ``Electric Current Locator'' to KW Associates, LLC., a small business having its principal place of business in Albany, Oregon. The patent is owned by United States of America, as represented by the Department of Energy. The prospective partially exclusive license complies with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
