ENMAX Energy Marketing Inc. (ENMAX) has applied to renew its authority to transmit electric energy from the United States to Canada pursuant to section 202(e) of the Federal Power Act.
Application To Export Electric Energy; Frontera Generation Limited Partnership and Lonestar Power Marketing LLC for Transfer of Authorization
Frontera Generation Limited Partnership (Frontera) and Lonestar Power Marketing LLC (Lonestar) have jointly applied to transfer, from Frontera to Lonestar, the authority to transmit electric energy from the United States to Mexico, pursuant to section 202(e) of the Federal Power Act.
Proposed Agency Information Collection
The Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance, a proposal for collection of information under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed collection will provide DOE with the information necessary to meet its statutory and regulatory obligations under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.) and the DOE NEPA implementing regulations, which requires EERE to perform environmental impact analyses prior to making a decision to provide Federal funding for research, development and demonstration projects funded by DOE.
International Energy Agency Meetings
The Industry Advisory Board (IAB) to the International Energy Agency (IEA) will meet on June 24 and June 25, 2014, at the headquarters of the IEA in Paris, France in connection with a meeting of the IEA's Standing Group on Emergency Questions (SEQ) on the same days, and on June 26, 2014, in connection with a joint meeting of the SEQ and the IEA's Standing Group on the Oil Market (SOM) on that day.
