Notice is hereby given with an intent to grant to: Advantage Electronic Product Development Incorporated/Utility Crew Safety LLC, of Broomfield, Colorado, an exclusive license to practice the inventions described in U.S. Patent Application No. 12/401,033, entitled ``Ground Potential Rise Monitor,'' and PCT/US10/26189, entitled ``Ground Potential Rise Monitor,'' in the United States and in foreign countries. The inventions are owned by the United States of America, as represented by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
