The U.S. Marine Corps proposes to add a system of records to its inventory of record systems to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended.

In compliance with section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Marine Corps Marathon, Marine Corps Base Quantico announces the proposed revision of a public information collection and seeks public comment on the provisions thereof. Comments are invited on: Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed information collection; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and ways to minimize the burden of the information collection on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology.

The Department of the Navy proposes to alter a system of records in its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended.

The Department of the Navy proposes to delete a system of records notice in its existing inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended.

The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of the availability of exclusive or partially exclusive licenses to practice worldwide under the following pending patents. Any license granted shall comply with 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR part 404. Applications will be evaluated utilizing the following criteria: (1) Ability to manufacture and market the technology; (2) manufacturing and marketing ability; (3) time required to bring technology to market and production rate; (4) royalties; (5) technical capabilities; and (6) small business status.
