This notice replaces the posting in the Federal Register on June 17, 2009, Vol. 74, No. 115 with the corrected location of the public hearing from the Civic Center in Augusta, Maine. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended (42 United States Code [U.S.C.] 4321-4347), the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) NEPA Regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] parts 1500-1508), and the United States Air Force's (USAF) Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP, 32 CFR part 989), the Air Force is issuing this notice to advise the public and other Federal agencies that the ANG intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for proposed modifications of the Condor 1 and Condor 2 Military Operations Areas (MOAs) used by the 104th Fighter Wing (FW) of the Massachusetts ANG (MAANG). The 104th FW is based at Barnes ANG Base in Westfield, Massachusetts. The study area for this EIS includes portions of Piscataquis, Somerset, Franklin, and Oxford counties in Maine and a portion of Coos County, New Hampshire.

Intent To Grant an Exclusive Patent License
Pursuant to the provisions of Part 404 of Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations, which implements Public Law 96-517, as amended, the Department of the Air Force announces its intention to grant an exclusive license in favor of NeXolve Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ManTech, having a place of business at 655 Discovery Drive, Cummings Research Park, Suite 200, Huntsville, AL 35806 in any right, title, and interest the Air Force has in the following patent and patent applications: U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 11/876081, filed on October 22, 2007, titled ``Triangular Rollable and Collapsible Boom,'' by Thomas W. Murphey et al.
U.S. Air Force Scientific Advisory Board Notice of Meeting
Under the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Government in the Sunshine Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and 41 CFR 102-3.150, the Department of Defense announces that the United States Air Force Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) meeting will take place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, June 24th-June 26th, 2009 at the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Conference Center, 100 Academy, Irvine, CA 92617. The meeting on Wednesday, June 24th, and Thursday, June 25th, will be from 8 a.m.- 2:30 p.m., and the meeting on Friday, June 26th, will be from 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
