This document is issued under the joint authority of DoD, GSA, and NASA. This Small Entity Compliance Guide has been prepared in accordance with section 212 of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996. It consists of a summary of the rules appearing in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01, which amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a prohibition on the procurement and operation of unmanned aircraft systems manufactured or assembled by an American Security Drone Act-covered foreign entity.

The DoD is publishing this notice to announce that it is renewing the charters for the United States Military Academy Board of Visitors, the United States Naval Academy Board of Visitors, and the Board of Visitors of the U.S. Air Force Academy; hereafter referred to as "the Military Service Academy Boards of Visitors."
