Department of Defense July 16, 2021 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

This final rule removes DoD's regulations concerning the Commercial Activities Program. The regulations are obsolete since they have been superseded by statute, regulation, and policy and, therefore, can be removed from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
