Submission to OMB for review; Federal Acquisition Regulation; Duty-Free Entry
Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the Regulatory Secretariat Division (MVCB) will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning duty-free entry. A notice was published in the Federal Register at 79 FR 18551, on April 2, 2014. No comments were received.

Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Defense Logistics Agency is amending a system of records notice S900.50, entitled ``Labor Hours, Project and Workload Records'' in its existing inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The purpose of this system is to track contractor employees' and military members' workload/project activity for analysis and reporting purposes, time and attendance, and labor distribution data against projects for management and planning purposes; to maintain management records associated with the operations of the contract; to evaluate and monitor the contractor performance and other matters concerning the contract.
Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
The Defense Health Agency proposes to alter an existing system of records, EDHA 18, entitled ``Research Regulatory Oversight Records'' in its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. This system provides information to track research protocols to ensure the protection of human and animal subjects in the conduct of DoD-supported research and to ensure that individuals engaged in the performance of DoD-supported research are properly trained and qualified.
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement; Business Systems Compliance (DFARS Case 2012-D042)
DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to ensure appropriate contractor accountability for adequate contractor business systems. In addition to the request for written comments on this proposed rule, DoD will hold a public meeting to hear the views of interested parties.
