Certifications and Exemptions Under the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972
In the Federal Register of April 21, 2011, the Department of the Navy (DoN) published a final rule concerning certifications and exemptions under the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 (72 COLREGS). That document contained incorrect information concerning side lights arc of visibility; rule 21(b). This correcting amendment corrects that information.
