A request for public comments was published in the Federal Register at 75 FR 10268, on March 5, 2010. No comments were received.

Announcement is made of the availability for licensing of the invention set forth in U.S. Provisional Patent Application Serial No. 61/319,070 entitled ``Two-Stage Evaporative Cooling Method for Protective Clothing Ensembles,'' filed March 30, 2010. The United States Government, as represented by the Secretary of the Army, has rights to this invention.
