Availability of the Fiscal Year 2008 Air Force Services Contract Inventory Pursuant to Section 807 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008

In accordance with section 2330a of Title 10 United States Code as amended by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (NDAA 08) Section 807, the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Contracting) (ADAS(C)), Assistant Secretary (Acquisition), and the Office of the Director, Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy, Office of Strategic Sourcing (DPAP/SS) will make available to the public the first inventory of activities performed pursuant to contracts for services. The inventory will be published to the Air Force Contracting (SAF/AQC) Web site at the following location: https://ww3.safaq.hq.af.mil/contracting/.

This case revises procedures for clearing final patent reports and quick-closeout procedure, and sets forth a description of an adequate final indirect cost rate proposal and supporting data.
