The Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) requests the nomination of individuals to the Council for Inclusive Innovation (CI\2\ or the Council) within the USPTO. The Secretary of Commerce (Secretary), in coordination with the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO (Director), will consider nominations received in response to this notice, as well as from other sources.
