The First Responder Network Authority (``FirstNet'') announces the availability of the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for the Central Region (``Final PEIS''). The Final PEIS evaluates the potential environmental impacts of the proposed nationwide public safety broadband network in the Central Region (Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, and Wisconsin).
