NOAA publishes this notice to reopen the solicitation period on the ``Joint Hurricane Testbed (JHT) Opportunities for Transfer of Research and Technology Into Tropical Cyclone Analysis and Forecast Operations,'' which was originally announced in the Federal Register on June 12, 2006. This notice is being reopened to permit a wider range of applications and revised proposals and to more fully explain the application process for federal applicants. The solicitation period is reopened from November 21, 2006 to December 6, 2006.
