The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is amending the scope of the countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (China), Indonesia, Mexico, and the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye) to coincide with the scope of the companion less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigations of aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Malaysia, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, T[uuml]rkiye, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. We are also partially rescinding this review with respect to companies for which all review requests were timely withdrawn. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

The U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA), is organizing a Global Diversity Export Initiative (GDEI) Trade Mission to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from December 8-9, 2024, with optional stops to Jeddah and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, from December 10-11, 2024. This notice is to update the prior Federal Register notice to reflect that the mission will no longer offer optional stops to Jeddah and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
