Announcement of Approved International Trade Administration Trade Mission
The United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA), is announcing one upcoming trade mission that will be recruited, organized, and implemented by ITA. This mission is: U.S. Industry Program (USIP) at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) General Conference in Vienna, AustriaSeptember 15-18, 2024. A summary of the mission is found below. Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From India: Notice of Initiation and Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) to determine if Varma Marine Private Limited (Varma) is the successor-in-interest to Varma Marine in the context of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from India. We preliminarily determine that Varma is the successor-in-interest to Varma Marine.
Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Hyundai Steel Company (Hyundai Steel) and POSCO, producers/exporters of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from the Republic of Korea (Korea), received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021.
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Article 1904; Binational Panel Review: Notice of Panel Decision
On May 6, 2024, the Binational Panel issued its Decision in the matter of Certain Softwood Lumber Products from Canada: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination (Secretariat File Number: USA-CDA-2017-1904-02). The Binational Panel affirmed in part and remanded in part the Department of Commerce's Final Determination.
