Porcelain-on-Steel Cooking Ware From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Fifth Sunset Review and Revocation of Order
On July 1, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated the fifth sunset review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on porcelain-on-steel cooking ware from the People's Republic of China (China). Because no domestic interested party responded to the sunset review notice of initiation by the application deadline, Commerce is revoking the AD order on porcelain-on-steel cooking ware from China.
Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon-Quality Steel Plate Products From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) were sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2019, through January 31, 2020.

Magnesium Metal From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on magnesium metal from the People's Republic of China (China). The period of review (POR) is April 1, 2020, through March 31, 2021. Commerce preliminarily determines that Tianjin Magnesium International Co., Ltd. (TMI) and Tianjin Magnesium Metal Co., Ltd. (TMM) did not have any shipments of subject merchandise during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
