Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From India: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021, in Part
On April 1, 2021, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp (shrimp) from India for the period February 1, 2020, through January 31, 2021, for 239 companies. Because all interested parties timely withdrew their requests for administrative review for certain companies, we are rescinding this administrative review with respect to those companies. For a list of the companies for which we are rescinding this review, see Appendix I to this notice. For a list of the companies for which the review is continuing, see Appendix II to this notice.
Diamond Sawblades and Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2019
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that diamond sawblades and parts thereof (diamond sawblades) from the People's Republic of China (China) were sold at less than normal value by certain exporters during the period of review (POR) November 1, 2018, through October 31, 2019.

Based on the affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain metal lockers and parts thereof (metal lockers) from the People's Republic of China (China).
