Large Diameter Welded Pipe From Canada: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2018-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded pipe (welded pipe) from Canada. The period of review (POR) is August 27, 2018, through April 30, 2020. The review covers forty-one producers or exporters of the subject merchandise. We preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise were made at prices below normal value (NV) during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Certain Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-To-Length Plate From Italy: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the producers/exporters subject to this administrative review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020. Additionally, Commerce preliminarily determines that a company for which we initiated a review had no shipments during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that POSCO, a producer and exporter of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from the Republic of Korea (Korea), sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) May 1, 2019, through April 30, 2020. We invite all interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Utility Scale Wind Towers From Malaysia: Countervailing Duty Order
Based on affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC), Commerce is issuing the countervailing duty order on utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Malaysia.
Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip From India: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India. The period of review (POR) is July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. This review covers Jindal Poly Films Ltd. (Jindal) and SRF Limited of India (SRF), producers and exporters of PET film from India. Commerce preliminarily determines that Jindal and SRF did not make sales of subject merchandise below normal value during the POR. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
